With 27 years of experience—both on-property and as a Corporate Director of Finance—Janet brings deep insight into OTA revenue recovery and the optimization of financial systems within online travel agency platforms. Her hands-on expertise laid the foundation for H2-OTA’s specialized audit systems and performance-driven results.

 Michael joins Hospitality Holdings with over 30 years of global experience in trade, customs, social and regulatory compliance.  In his various roles with multinational Fortune 500 companies he has dealt with dozens of government agencies on topics as varied as duty drawback, tax liability, intra-company valuation and product safety.  He

 Michael joins Hospitality Holdings with over 30 years of global experience in trade, customs, social and regulatory compliance.  In his various roles with multinational Fortune 500 companies he has dealt with dozens of government agencies on topics as varied as duty drawback, tax liability, intra-company valuation and product safety.  He has been instrumental in helping companies expand into new markets such as the UK, European Union and China and looks forward to growing the Hospitality Holdings business while complying with all local, state and national laws.

Michael has been a U.S. Licensed Customs Broker since 1998, is currently the Vice Chairman of the United States Fashion Industry Association (USFIA) and was recently elected Auditor for West Goshen Township.

Our Origin Story

The Inception of H2-OTA Revenue Recovery

Founder, Janet Ferrer, began her career as a Guest Service Representative at a Courtyard by Marriott in Dallas, Texas.  A graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in education, she never imagined her part-time hospitality job would turn into a full-time career and the inception of her OTA Revenue Recovery audit systems. As a General Manager and finance-focused leader, she became passionate about the online travel agency industry as it evolved over the last two decades. Following the gradual absence of information from the OTA's about uncollected monies, she began investigating ways to identify and collect them. She spent many nights performing hundreds of audits for the hotels in her portfolios. After attaining her dream job, as Corporate Director of Finance for Aimbridge Hospitality, Janet had to "retire" to focus on her rapidly expanding company. A competitive and passionate individual, Janet consistently pushes for improved information technology, financial controls, and auditing systems that are 100% accurate.  She is grateful for all her colleagues who took a chance on her entrepreneurial endeavor and to her extremely talented family for lending a tremendous amount of insight to the full vision of the company. Bringing together hospitality, information technology, and compliance, our assembled team of experts brings the best of all three fields, putting Hospitality Holdings at the forefront of this niche market.
